In the life of each of us there is a place remote and islanded, and given to endless regret or secret happiness.

Islanded Quarterly is a lonesome place, full of weather, sky and long, brisk walks along the strand.

We are looking for thoughtful pieces of prose, poetry and photography that meditate on what it means to be islanded.

Our first issue will be published in summer 2017.

Submissions are open for our summer 2017 edition

We are looking for poetry, prose and photography that responds creatively to the theme of being islanded.

We are open to all genres. Tone and mood matter more than trope or setting.
